Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and dh77 ("the Company," "we," "us," "our"). These Terms govern all use of dh77's services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any promotional offers made available on the platform.

dh77 operates under an international gaming licence and serves players who access the platform voluntarily. It is the player's responsibility to verify that online gaming is permissible under the laws applicable to their jurisdiction before participating. dh77 does not represent that its services are lawful in every jurisdiction and accepts no liability for use in restricted locations.

These Terms may be amended at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Eligibility & Age Verification

To create and maintain an account with dh77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. dh77 strictly prohibits underage gambling.
• You must be of legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of a dh77 employee.
• You must register only one account per household and per device. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and associated bonuses forfeited.

dh77 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time — including copies of a valid CNIC, passport, utility bill, or financial statement — in order to verify age, identity, address, or source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending further review.

Account Registration & Security

When registering your dh77 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. dh77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure. You agree to:

• Use a unique, strong password not used on other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Notify dh77 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Never share your account with any other person; accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.

dh77 may suspend or close any account at its sole discretion if it has reason to believe that the account is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms, including but not limited to suspicious login activity, irregular betting patterns, or suspected fraud.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

dh77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following verified payment channels available to Pakistani players:

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. dh77 reserves the right to return funds to the originating source and close the account if a third-party deposit is detected.

Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Minimum withdrawal amounts and applicable processing fees are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request. dh77 does not charge internal fees on withdrawals; however, network or banking fees imposed by payment providers are the player's responsibility.

dh77 will process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever operationally possible. In cases where this is not possible, the Company will use the method that most closely matches the original deposit source.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

dh77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback schemes, and free spin packages. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual offer's terms:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (stated per offer) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games such as baccarat and roulette may contribute a lower percentage, as specified in the offer details.
• Expiry: Bonuses that remain unused or unmet within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the account without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless an offer explicitly states otherwise.
• No Multiple Accounts: Claiming multiple accounts to harvest bonuses constitutes fraud and will result in permanent banning and forfeiture of all associated funds.

Betting Rules & Game Integrity

dh77 is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the platform:

• dh77 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual casino games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live casino games are streamed in real time from licensed studios with independent oversight.
• Sports betting odds are set by dh77's in-house trading team and may be changed or suspended at any time due to market conditions, injury news, or integrity concerns — including PSL, international cricket, and other events popular with Pakistani punters.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced (in-play bets) are subject to specific rules detailed on the relevant sports market page.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game or bet, dh77 will investigate and, where possible, honour the outcome up to the point of failure. In irrecoverable cases, stakes will be refunded.
• dh77's decision on disputed bets and game outcomes is final, subject to the Company's internal dispute resolution process.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dh77 platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus systems.
• Engaging in arbitrage or matched betting in a manner that systematically exploits dh77's odds without genuine speculative intent.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits.
• Attempting to launder money or use dh77 for any financial crime.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing dh77 staff or other players through any communication channel.

Responsible Gaming

dh77 is deeply committed to promoting safe, healthy, and responsible gaming practices. We recognise that for a small number of people, gambling can become harmful, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following tools are available to all registered players through the account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the amount you can lose in a given period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive a reminder or automatic logout after a defined session duration.
• Reality Check Notifications: Periodic pop-up reminders displaying time spent and net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period (30, 60, or 90 days) or a permanent self-exclusion from all dh77 services.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be frozen and you will be unsubscribed from all marketing communications. Intellectual Property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from dh77 without prior written consent from the Company.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dh77, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

dh77 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of its platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect service availability. dh77 will endeavour to notify players of planned downtime in advance via on-site notices or email.

dh77's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of funds held in the player's account at the time the claim arose.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which dh77 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to dh77's internal dispute resolution team by contacting [email protected].

If a satisfactory resolution is not achieved within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority or an independent dispute resolution body as recognised by the applicable gaming regulator.

Amendments to These Terms

dh77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent on-site notice at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendments are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the dh77 platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request closure of your account by contacting our support team.
